In yesterday’s Type class…
…we went around the room sharing photos of our projects — the project being to create four characters in any physical medium of our choice.
We got to P—, who shaped her letters with her hands. G—, the professor, was very impressed and said, “two thumbs up,” to which I replied, “was that a pun?” We all laughed because she didn’t mean it that way.
Next was F—, who made his letters out of chocolate. Another student said his photographs were “very rich,” and we all laughed again.
Later, E— showed us her letters, which were shaped from wine corks. L— said the way she portrayed the letters was “very quirky,” which sounded like CORKY!
At this point we all thought there was something weird going on.
Then M— showed us his letters, which were made from cleverly arranged chili peppers. R— was next, and he made his letters from a basket of hot wings and celery sticks. I asked him where he went for the food, and he said, “Chili’s.”
YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP.
