Lately, I've become enchanted
with the idea of reducing, reusing. Using what you’ve got. Going through old things, and either giving them inspiration through a new home or a new use. I decided it was time to retire some of my handknitwear, so I was happy to give gift it to people who want it more than I do. thebrassknuckles: I just finished teaching another sewing class and my brain is fried. I forget how many little things I know that I don’t have to think about that others have to learn. Drop your foot before you start sewing! “Foot” has two meanings! You don’t have to turn your machine off & back on after each line of stitching! Back-stitch over ends! Don’t sew your finger! ROFL.
